As for whats happening, from what I understand there is going to be a party on Friday when Garzig gets back. More information will become avaliable in-game by word-of-mouth. I suggest bringing alcohol, things that are fun, best party clothing. If last party I was at is anything to go by get ready for a conga-line (wohoo for /f) and at some point Duels. I don't know a location yet but my vote is for the Blue Recluse in the mage quarter of SW.A request from me is if there are any engineers that can make lunar festival launcers (rocket and cluster) contact me as I have about 2 - 4 bank bags full of the rockets for them.
Tomorrow I hope to host a number of events inluding (my first Gnome race, Meager man Raid, etc...), first trial runs of (night elf hide & seek, FP lemming run, team city BALL! and others) and various pvp events (Horde raiding, Battle donkeys, free-for-all, player world boss, level 70 take down and more). aka. losts of different stuff. prize donations welcome (please I beg you lol). Everything should kick off after I get back from watching pirates of the caribbean at the cinema (hopefully about 4PM GMT or just after).
Finally for this artical I will tell you that soon I hope to lead a raid to LBRS. The reasons for this are firstly I would like to try my hand at raid leadership so this would be my first time doing it & thats why it's LBRS which is a 10-man, second is I don't know LBRS but there is method to my madness which is with all the new raids being realesed raid leaders will be in unknown trerritory (I want to take myself out of the comfort zone of familiar raids) and Third it seems that a fair few people are doing the onyxia attunment quest and with luck will make it easier for these people, it also will allow us to goto Ony, UBRS and in time BWL.
If there is a chance by there being enought people there could be a possibility of running 2 raids at one so if this is the case I would like to invite someone else to try this with me at the same time for raid leadership trainning and a healthy amount of competition. (woo Raid race ^^)
There is alot of new content due to The burning crusade but I don't believe that we should forget about the old stuff the april fools joke this year might be a joke now but I wouldn't put it past blizz to recycle (maybe by heroics) the original content in some crule way (heck its what I might do in their shoes) and who would be laughing then *wags finger at you with a dopey look in the eye*.

I would like to say a big hi to all the members of <Carpe Jugulum>, for those that don't know me I am Aliasa the current Dragonflight web-master and one of the guild officers. I try to update this page as much as I can but due to real life commitments (college mainly) have been slacking a fair bit.
Other People that you might be interested in if you don't kknow them already are Garzig our fearless leader, the main Mage and heres a Video of him in action.
Fabbilicious you might know if you know Asraphaiel. Careing and considerate I doubt there isn't anyone that she hasn't helped at one point or another. I can't speak about her any higher. She generally plays at the weekend.
Pekot all round PvPer and Instance goer, helps out with recruitment in the guild and although I haven't had many encounters with him, I can tell that he is a sure and steadfast member.
Tigra our resident Cat wannabe, Artist and current forum Queen with the most posts out of everyone. She can be fun and liked by a good deal of members. Shame I haven't seen her in such a long time (I created the comic section just for her), so if your char name is Tigra get in contact with me please.
Kurokatana, Thrilled that he is a guildofficer as I've just found out that he is, a nice guy and I wish I could have quested with him more in the time I've known him. If you read the news lower you'll see that he got his friend to create a Teamspeak server for us a while back.
Dragonflight, This is garzig again. but I'll just point out that Dragonflight is our guild bank.
Last two people that I think I'll tell you about are Jayan and Mandragorra who are my Mother and Brother respectivly. My brother I a huge fan of the AH. My Mum tries her best (lvl 68) but finds party play difficult due to arthritis and can't type very well, if you see he say hi (she likes it) maybe invite her to do stuff (just remeber it might take a moment for her to respond ^^)
Finally for anyone interested in the admin side of things, this is the first web-site I have created, I created it partly for the guild but also a little for myself as I needed to create a web-site for an assignment and there are a few pages (85+) of work that I had to do to accompany the web-site.

The web-site is here for people to view but please keep in mind that I am still new at web site creation. After an initial look at the web-site online I've discovered some old problems have come back and I will work on fixing them. Also I have had to upload the site prematurely because my college course requires me to do so (sorry Garzig >.<) but what it does mean is that rather than have to wait 24 hours for the page to go up, updates will take about 5 mins to take effect.

I have begun trying to locate a web host for the web-site to "go live" hopefully the web-site should be up very soon. Once the page is live I hope to add another news artical to make sure I know how to manage the page while it is online. Some times I feel like I'm making things up as I go along ^^; hehe.
Dragonspeak - 12:00 - 17/03/2007
The guild has just got teamspeak and now it is a mad rush to either find or get a microphone to engage in conversations with fellow guild members.
It started out with Aliasa learning how to set a server up and working around a tecnical issue so that people could finally log in to the server. Due to the server only being avaliable when Aliasa was online (the IP would change each session. A problem that was being worked on) Kuro and Hazelle called in a favour from a friend and has had a sever created with a fixed IP that is log inable any time.
The main server is called <The Dragonflight> (fixed IP) and back up is called Littlewing (variable IP). details on connection to these ST servers can be found on the forum.

The next step for me in the web mastering process is to find out how to put web pages onto the internet and to do this I am going to have to get the original book that I was learning from and also talk to my lecturer.
Like I have said before I know you need a web host to put web-pages on the web and I think I have found one (I just need to check a few things out) and there is a possibility that the web address could be www.ThedragonflightED.fortunecity.com.

The guild ranking system has been overhauled and now the ranks are as follows;
Dragon Lord = Guild Leader
Dragon Officer = Officer
Dragon Master = Veteran
Dragon Rider = Member
Donkey = Guild Fool
Jailed = Misbehaved Member
Hatchling = Initiate

Guild Level Requirement - 12:00 - 25/02/2007
Acting immediately Dragon riders and above may invite other people to the guild but only to people that are level 30+ anyone inviting anyone under this level will have a stern talking to. :P
people that are already in the guild under this level are safe and are welcome to remain in the guild.
